Light Up Overdale! The First Annual Christmas Light Competition!

VOTE FOR YOUR FAV OVERDALE LIGHT DISPLAY NOW!

The holiday season is upon us, and what better way to spread holiday cheer than by lighting up our neighborhood with a dazzling display of Christmas lights?! I’m kicking off the first annual Overdale Christmas Light Competition! Bust out your lights, decorations, creativity, and cheer, and enter to win one of three prizes!

Residents of Overdale are invited to transform their homes into magical displays of twinkling lights, festive decorations, and holiday spirit. This is your chance to showcase your creativity, spread joy, and be part of a community-wide celebration (and competition).

The competition will run until December 25th, giving you plenty of time to get into the holiday spirit and create a display that will leave your neighbors in awe. Whether you prefer classic white lights, colorful displays, or themed decorations, the possibilities are endless. Let your imagination run wild, and let’s make Overdale shine brighter than ever!

But that’s not all – the real excitement begins on December 15th when the voting period kicks off. Neighbors and visitors alike can scan the provided QR code to cast their votes for the home with the most enchanting and festive display. It’s not just about the lights; it’s about the joy and creativity you bring to the neighborhood.

To add a little extra incentive, Jenni Sullivan Real Estate will reward the top three homes with the most votes with Amazon gift cards!

1st place $200

2nd place $100

3rd place $50

Imagine basking in your community’s admiration and treating yourself to a little extra holiday cheer.

Let’s make this holiday season one to remember. Grab your lights, dust off those ornaments, and join in the festive fun. Let’s create a spectacle that will warm hearts and spread joy throughout our community.

Light up Overdale, and let the friendly competition begin! May the best-decorated home shine brightly and bring smiles to all who pass by. Happy decorating, and may your holidays be merry and bright!

Your Overdale Neighbor, Jenni Sullivan
