What I was looking for was an agent that would be patient with me in finding my perfect house. Jenni was exactly that person! She knows the market and was willing to answer all my questions, no matter how idiotic they may have seemed. I appreciated her honesty the most. She also helped me sell my condo which was probably the most frustrating processes of all. But she managed it very well even when I expressed my frustrations in the process (as related to the buyer) many times!

I had the great pleasure of working with Jenni who I met through John K. who came very highly recommended by several work colleagues. This was a critical sale for us since we were moving out of state and had a short timeline to close. We had already met with another agent from a different broker and was NOT impressed with his gloomy market forecast for our home. I called John. Our family experienced the highest level imaginable of service and sales acumen in the sale of our mother’s condo in Bellevue. Jenni provided counseling on pricing, arranged for staging and even provided a van to help us move out some final items from the unit!
She even helped us sort out and evaluate several buyers who had expressed interest in a FSBO deal prior to her becoming our agent. Jenni held multiple open houses and helped us to carefully structure a successful contract, Due to some issues buyers had with the HOA, we had to go through two offers before closing on a third offer. Her counsel on the structure of our acceptances, earnest money protection and financial counteroffer details led to a very successful sale in an older building that has some issues to overcome with buyers.
Simply summarized, we cannot imagine that we could have selected a better agent to lead us through this sale. Our mother (a former Realtor) is overjoyed at the sales price.
