A Must-See in My Own Neighborhood — Overdale Holiday Light Display (Issaquah)
If you’re in the Issaquah area this season, make sure to swing by my very own Overdale Neighborhood Holiday Light Display, a community tradition I’m especially proud of!
This is where I call home, and I’m excited to share that I’ve organized the third annual Overdale Holiday Light Display! It’s a magical, family-friendly walk filled with creativity, twinkle lights, and festive fun from neighbors who truly go all out.
Visitors can stroll through the illuminated homes, soak up the holiday spirit, and vote for your favorite display!
When to Go & Where to Stay
Many displays begin as early as mid-November 2025 and run through early January 2026. For the best experience, plan for early December when everything is live and crowds haven’t peaked yet.
If you’re coming from out of town, areas like Downtown Seattle, Ballard, and Bellevue offer excellent accommodations and dining options. Choose a spot near transit or where parking is straightforward.

Whether you’re chasing “oohs” and “aahs” with your kids, looking for a romantic evening, or simply want an Instagram-worthy night out, the 2025 holiday season in Seattle and the Eastside delivers. Bundle up, plan ahead, and let the lights lead the way!
